There are a handful of words that are dead giveaways that Lean is not taking root they way you want it to. This poster highlights those words.
Our posters are part of a bigger program, and as such can be used in a variety of ways.
1) Use them to highlight concepts during morning stand-up meetings. Simply display them in a defined location, or actively ppoint out key information on the poster.
2) Post them in areas of specific need, such as in an area that requires specific training, or near a team about to begin a project.
3) Post them in high traffic areas as part of a cycle of education. Combine them with a series of posters to present fresh information. Think of areas where people will be stopped for a brief time (near cafetaria lines, in waiting areas, near entrances, by elevators, in meeting rooms, in restrooms, etc.)
Our posters are printed on demand with dye based ink on 13x19 cardstock paper. That means they are inexpensive and can be updated as we get feedback, but are not resistant to water.
We also offer a 13x19 glossy version or a 11x17 laminated version.
In addition, many posters are also available in a digital format, with a permanent corporate license that allows for unlimited printing for use within your company.
