Our Countermeasure Sheet is a problem tracking sheet which could be described as an 'A3 Report Lite'. It is commonly paired with the Daily Management Worksheet to coordinate efforts to solve the problems that prevent hitting daily targets.

While the A3 Report is generally used for team projects as a communication tool, the countermeasure sheet is specifically designed to complete 'project calculus' in which gains from projected solutions are tallied against the project goal to make sure that the entire target is met.

The license is automatically assigned to the company name used in the purchase of the product, or if no company included in the purchase, to the company email used in the transaction. If a personal email is used, the license must be manually assigned.

The license is permanent and non-transferable. It is valid only for single reporting units of companies under 20,000 people. For example, that means that a holding company would need licenses for each company in its portfolio.
